Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 45 days of delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Securely pack the product box inside a separate shipping carton and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
